How to Request Deletion

If you have interacted with us via WhatsApp and would like your data to be deleted, please follow the instructions below:

Send us a request via WhatsApp
Message us with the text: Delete my data from the same number you used to contact us.
Email request (optional)
You can also email us at info@hodgeandson.group with the subject line: “User Data Deletion Request”.
Please include your WhatsApp phone number so we can identify and delete your data.
What happens next
Upon receiving your request, we will delete all personal data associated with your WhatsApp number from our records and systems, except where retention is required by law (e.g., invoices, legal obligations). You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted.
